requirements:

1. have good ideological character and academic ethics, and love education and scientific research as a cause；

2. ph.d. degree in pharmaceutical sciences and related majors: especially small molecule drug design and ai drug design, pharmacology (particularly immunotherapy), pharmacogenomics/bioinformatics. and overseas postdoctoral research experience;

3. have the equivalent position in a world-class university or have a comparable academic level, have the ability to independently develop and lead the academic direction and have good development potential;

4. under the age of 35, and can be appropriately relaxed for those who are particularly excellent;

5. be in good health, work full-time.
