-To achieve related KPI by process execution and optimization, quality incident trouble shooting.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
-To investigate the root cause of internal/external complaints, prepare the quality corrective report and track the implementation of corrective measures.
參與調(diào)查內(nèi)外部質(zhì)量投訴, 包括提出改善措施, 編寫(xiě)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題報(bào)告, 落實(shí)跟蹤整改措施.
-To track the production progress daily in order to increase the productivity and improve the quality by finding and correcting problems in time.
跟蹤生產(chǎn)過(guò)程, 發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并加以改進(jìn), 提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量.
-To draft and update SOP and provide training accordingly.
起草或優(yōu)化SOP, 開(kāi)展工藝培訓(xùn).
-Participate PFEMA analysis progress for different product layer
參與不同產(chǎn)品涂層產(chǎn)品工藝的PFEMA分析
-Implement trials in order to solve related quality issues.
跟蹤試生產(chǎn)批次，以解決相關(guān)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題.
-Participate SHE review, MOC, providing processing technical support.
