Job Summary: This job is to build up a quality assurance system to ensure integrity of all CP products and work with Corporate or Division or other subsidiaries to update internal quality assurance monitoring systems, ensure the product matches with the Colgate standard and external regulations. And manage the complaint handling process to drive quality improvement in the supply chain. Major Responsibilities: 1. Manage external audit (eg. cosmetic manufacturing license certificate, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, Halal audit, etc) in a professional and responsible manner using documented and effective procedures. Communicate audit results to the relevant functions and ensure actions are taken timely and effectively to close the findings; 2. Coordinating internal quality related audits (on shelf quality, mock recovery audit, enhanced supplier audits，warehouse audit, etc.) 3. Take the leader role for the plant documentation management. Ensure the document approval, effectiveness, distribution, change management, recovery and scrap process meet the documentation management requirements. 4.
